The notice sets out a column for each weekday and introduces the writers of each. In it Jungsoo Kim is named as one of four writers for the Wednesday column Reading the World (세상읽기).

The reorganized pages differ by day. Monday carries Opening the Morning and Issue & Economy. Tuesday carries the Gyeonggi and Incheon commentary columns and A Walk Through Culture. Wednesday carries the Signed Column and Reading the World. Thursday carries Life, an Odyssey, and Friday closes the week with Theme Travel, Music Stories, and A Journey Through Greek Civilization. The writers are professors, lawyers, critics, clergy, and artists from their respective fields.

The paragraph on Reading the World reads, in translation:

The “Reading the World” column brings together Jungsoo Kim, professor in the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Midwest University; Song Il-chan, head of the Mal-i-doeneun Institute; Lee Ki-yeon, attorney at the law firm J&; and Choi Yo-han, political commentator, to survey today’s society from many angles and look for a better future.

The notice ran with a graphic gathering the photographs of all thirty-six writers by weekday. The full notice, in Korean, is on the Kyeonggi Ilbo article page.
